Claude can support defined tasks with human review. A freelancer can draft from an approved brief, summarize a non-sensitive file, or prepare FAQs. Check every result.
For the basics, see Katbi’s Claude guide; Anthropic’s prompting overview explains clear success criteria and testing. For a beginner sequence, read the seven-day plan.
A simple operating loop
Use the same four-part loop for each task:
- Context: provide approved business facts, audience, and constraints.
- Task: ask for one concrete action, such as drafting, summarizing, or extracting questions.
- Format: specify language, length, tone, and the sections you need.
- Review: check facts, promises, names, links, and privacy before sharing the result.
Four workflows worth trying
Service briefs and first drafts
Ask Claude to turn a service description into a brief covering the customer problem, scope, open questions, and claims needing verification. Use the approved brief for a social post, landing-page section, or follow-up email. Do not let it invent prices, certifications, coverage areas, or guaranteed outcomes.
Non-sensitive document summaries
Use a public brochure, redacted meeting notes, or another non-sensitive file. Request sections for stated facts, decisions, open questions, and missing information. Compare dates, names, and figures with the source. Do not upload customer or confidential data without authorization.
FAQ drafts
Give Claude an approved service description and recurring customer questions. Ask it to mark unanswered questions instead of guessing. A person must confirm every answer before publication, especially for legal, tax, health, or financial topics.
Review checklists
Ask Claude to scan a draft for unsupported claims, incorrect links, unclear language, privacy issues, and mismatch with the actual service. This helps find issues but does not prove accuracy. The owner approves the final version.
Projects, Artifacts, and plan differences
Projects can group approved context and instructions. Anthropic notes that options vary by product and plan; see Projects help and the Artifacts guide. Share only authorized material.
FAQ
Can Claude produce publish-ready Arabic content?
It can create a useful draft, but a responsible person must check the Arabic, facts, commercial details, and tone before publication.
Should I upload a client file for summarization?
Only with appropriate authorization and a suitable handling process. Redact unnecessary personal or confidential information, or use a non-sensitive version.
What is in Katbi’s Claude bundle?
The bundle is an independent Arabic-language digital product with 12 chapters, 30 editable prompts, and a seven-day workbook. It excludes a Claude subscription, API credit, video, personal support, and lifetime updates, and is not affiliated with Anthropic.
